- Julien Albuquerque and Stephan Kurt first met through a collaborative mandate, which continues to this day as a client of AVOVA Group.
2020
- First joint project with Marco Antonio Gullo in digitalization.
- Realization, design, and implementation of the idea. The inception and formation of the AVOVA Group by all the founders.
2021
- Foundation of the company AVOVA Insurance GmbH.
- Cicero & FINMA registration.
- Acquisition of hardware for infrastructure development, and the design and configuration of the IT environment to deliver the IT services that AVOVA Net GmbH aims to provide.
2022
- Foundation of the company AVOVA Net GmbH.
- Foundation of the company AVOVA Immo GmbH.
- Development of an extension to the existing infrastructure to scale a comprehensive IT landscape for a large number of clients.

- Foundation of AVOVA Consulting GmbH.
